I bought like 6 different things on Amazon to help with my plantar fasciitis foot pain and this product worked the best. It's like a compreshion sleeve. It feels strange at first but definitely feels great throughout the day. Recommend the smaller size. I got medium I think. I have a big fat foot. Size 10 ladies.

I purchased this product hoping for some relief on my arches/plantars fasciitis. I put them on and after about 30 minutes my foot was actually in more pain with it on. So I followed the instructions on the packaging, looking for some sort of help wanted to make sure that I was wearing them correctly. I tried each and every website address provided more than once. I cannot even find anything showing that they sell arch support sleeves other than on Amazon. I sent a message directly to Sparthos and I'm waiting to hear back. Hopefully I can find a product that will truly help me with my pain.

I wear a 6.5 N ladies shoe and have VERY HIGH ARCHES and plantar fasciitis so bad I was hobbled by it. These sleeves are an essential part of my treatment. I massage my feet (including with an NSAID gel as well as a roller massager), stretch and wiggle all the joints in my feet when I am sitting, as when I walk, I wear these sleeves.They are good compression for my size foot and are not so bulky as to change the fit of my shoes. I recommend them highly. Do remember, though, that if you have circulation problems to keep checking on your feet -- you don't want to wear something that will compromise your circulation.

UPDATE 2 of Sparthos Arch Compression Brace (SACB):Bought the SACB for my husband to try and he loves them! He is flat footed and his work requires him to be on his feet most of the time. After using them, he felt a significant decrease in his foot pain.He liked the SACB so much, he has purchased a for friends and employees that complained about foot pain. They too have mentioned that their feet feel so much better after a long days work. Great product!----------UPDATE: I initially gave a 3 star review, not due to poor product quality, but for the way these cuffs fit MY feet. (see initial review below). Sparthos contacted me immediately to inquire how I felt about their product. They were quick to reply and remedy the situation. Although, not expecting it, they offered a full refund AND offered me advice on how to possibly wear them more comfortably for my smaller foot. AMAZING!I have worn them and have found them very effective. I suffer from foot and leg pain when standing for even short periods of time, for example while cooking, and for the first time in a long time, I am not near tears after cooking.Thank you SPARTOS for being such an amazing customer service and for making a such a great useful product.These cuffs look great and feel like good quality. The circumference feels good, however, the length is too long. When it shifts a little it will dig into my pinky toe area and hurt. Unfortunately, I have not been able to wear long enough to tell if they work for me or not.I wear a size 6.5 in women's and have semi-high arches.

I will be giving these a try soon. I purchased them because I they were not one size fits all. I ordered a different pair (brand) that were one size fits all and it was a little too tight on my narrow foot. For these I measured my foot and ordered a medium. I tried them on and I feel the compression but don't feel like I am losing circulation like the other brand I purchased. I hope they stay in place while walking around in sandals. I purchased these because of plantar fasciitis and my shoe inserts will not go in my sandals.

I have plantar fasciitis. When I first received the bands, I wasn’t sure they they would make a difference. They are skin colored so if you’re wearing sandals if you flip the design down word or to the side, they are less obvious. The elastic not not feel too tight and was comfortable. After wearing them for several hours directly on my skin it would start to hurt if it was hot and I was sweating. So I put them over my sock and that worked out a lot better. I continue put them on my skin when I wear sandals since I don’t turn around in those all day. I experimented on several days in a row where I would wear the Sparthos band, and days that I would not. There was a definite major difference. At the end of the day my feet would be in pain if I did not have sparked those on. I would recommend this product and buy it again. It does not cure plantar fasciitis but it helps support the tendons on the bottom of your foot. I still Need to get my orthotic inserts for the shoes I wear the most like sneakers because Sparthos while it helps does not solve the tendon support issue. But it certainly makes a major difference. I don’t plan on switching my orthotics in and out of every single shoe I’m keeping a trust in my main shoes like my sneakers. So I plan on using Sparthos with the other shoes.

I live in Kenya, and has thus taken a while for us to receive these. However, I initially bought them for myself, and decided to give my boyfriend, who has been having heel problems one to try. It works excellent for him, and fits well. He felt the relief 30 minutes into wearing it, and has for the past 4 days worn it full time.For me however, I have a very slender/slim foot, i do feel some relief but not sufficient enough, I feel if it was just a little tighter, it would make a world of difference, however even the little comfort I am feeling is a great help from the discomfort I had before, but would still prefer a slightly tighter version.

Foot pain was giving me the worst restless leg syndrome. I tried stretching before bed, muscle creams and pain relievers before bed. Finally tried these. Followed the sizing guide and the first night I was worried they were too loose, but slept like a baby. They were perfectly snug. Like a lil turtleneck for my foot, gently hugging it, reassuring it that everything was okay and it could go back to sleep. Planning on buying a couple more sets to keep in travel bags.
