Works with proform/ifit treadmills
I purchased a beautiful new treadmill and decided that I wanted to take advantage of the treadmill’s Bluetooth connectivity with a heart rate monitor. I already spent enough on the treadmill so I was hoping to find an affordable option for the tiny little strap. This one is less than a quarter of the price of the official ifit heart rate strap. And it works. It is easy enough to connect it each time, and the bpm is accurate. I wear a garmin lily, and it is within a couple beats of that. It holds a charge well, charges quickly and easily. It is also simple to use - one spot to press off and on…flashes red as it is turning off, glows green when charging, flashes blue when it is on. I strap it on to my forearm. Truly that simple. I can see my heart rate on the monitor as I go through the workouts. The treadmill also adjusts my pace if my heart rate is too low or too high. It is great to have the data as I am training.

Basic but good!
So I was looking at the more expensive options out there such as Wahoo or Rythum but just couldn't justify the expense for something I wasn't sure how much I would use. So I found this product. It's basic, meaning no storage and they don't have their own app. However, it seems to work extremely well. It charges with a USB cord, monitors constatnly, Bluetooth works well, and no dropouts for me. The on/off button is basically the top and covered in rubber so no sweat can get in, and its nice and clicky. Accuracy seems good. (I haven't run it through any DC rainmaker levels of comparison though) Battery life seems good. Just use the Wahoo app or any other on your smartphone.

Works great!
The first one I received had extremely inaccurate readings (it would jump from 39 bpm to 250 bpm or not report at all). The company sent a replacement very quickly with no hassle and the second one has been amazing. It’s much more comfortable than the chest monitors. I mostly sync mine with a Peloton bike.

convenient and accurate
I finally found a solution I like for tracking my heart rate when mountain biking. First I tried my fitness watch with HR function, but it gave inaccurate readings when going over rough surfaces. I then tried a chest strap I had previously used for running. It was accurate, but I found it uncomfortable. So I decided to buy this armband. At first I thought it might be inconvenient to detach and reattach the velcro every time. But then then I realized I could set it up at a fixed sizing where it just barely slides over my wrist. Then I just push it up my forearm until it fits snugly, so I'm never dealing with velcro after the initial sizing. It's pretty easy to do this because the material is a slightly stretchy neoprene-type fabric. Bottom line, it is comfortable to wear, convenient to use, and gives accurate results. It paired easily with a CooSpo bike computer as well as my iPhone 12.

Very accurate for an optical heart monitor
I really like this heart monitor. I had a chest heart monitor before, but it was uncomfortable during workouts and started to give me a rash. This heart monitor is awesome since it goes on your forearm or bicep and it doesn't get in the way of workout poses. I use it with DDPYoga and it works great with the app, just remember to have your location and Bluetooth on before you turn on the ddpynow app. I compared my beat per minute with my chest monitor and my blood pressure monitor and this is accurate plus/minus 1-3 beats per minute.

Don't buy if Heartrate training is important to you!
After having numerous models of Fitbit and using both the Sosche Rhythm+ and Rhythm24, and having the Rhythm24 actually break on two tries at the connection point of the band and the monitor I decided to try this HRM. I use the iCardio app which I love. With both the Sosche Rhythm+ and 24 iCardio work exceptionally well both Sosche HRMs were very good with the exception that the Rhythm+ stopped working after 1 year. The major drawback of this CooSpo HRM is that is looses connectivity when I do any movement involving arm movements: battle ropes, renegade rows, almost any wieght lifting exercise. I have had now for a month which I ordered with the CooSpo bike computer. I haven't used the bike computer yet and that is really keeping me from sending the HRM back. I do a lot of cross-training and keeping track of my heartrate and calories burned are important metrics. So when I lose 3-5 minutes of accurate reading every twenty minutes of three to four 20 minute circuits I am losing a lot of data. I am really thinking of returning this item! Update I am exceedingly disappointed with this product. Now after just 6 months of use the armband HRM is more effort than its worth. It shuts off mid-ride, sometimes won't connect to the iCardio app, and is inconsistent when it does connect. I initially gave the HRM 3-stars after 1 month. I am downgrading that to 1-Star only because i can't give negative stars. I'm totally dissatisfied with this product even more than the two useless FitBit monitors now taking up space in the used and useless digital product draw.

Works well with Peloton bike
I really like this HRM for use with the peloton bike. Your heart rate shows up on the screen so you can get strive scores for your rides. It’s easy to turn on and use and keeps a good connection via Bluetooth, even when I’m taking a bike bootcamp class. The only negative is that occasionally my heart rate is a little different to my Apple Watch, but usually not drastically.

Easy to use, and easy to pair
Worked great for connecting to my peloton after my dog destroyed my other HRM. This works awesome and is priced at an awesome price point making it more affordable than its competitors. Highly recommended, easy to charge and pair. Edit: After using awhile, I found that my signal sometimes drop even though the HRM has not changed positions and throws off my metrics for a few minutes before going back to normal
