I love twinkle Christmas lights. These are great C7 replacements for making the tree come alive with random blinking lights.

These are the best for blinking light when you are using C7 lights.
Bright and reliable. Just enough blinking without being too much. The blinking just adds life to the tree or garlands. Great value and I love being stocked up.

Great lights, couldn't find them anywhere else
They seem to work fine. They aren't as bright as my other bulbs, but they work as expected. I haven't been able to find these kind of bulbs for years.

Worth so much more than a dollar amount….
Oh.My.Word!!!! It took a few minutes, but the first bulb to twinkle instantly transported me 40+ almost 50 years back to my childhood!!!!! All bulbs arrived in great working condition, good packaging, too. I will be buying more!!! Please remember though, incandescent bulbs generate waaaay more heat than any other type and that can be a valid concern when stringing these on a live/cut tree, at least. I am so happy I bought these!!!

Nice colors...
By twinkle, if you mean 0 or 1 than I guess. They don't twinkle they just blink off and on. Bit more of a traffic light vibe, and less of a festive vibe, but the colors are nice and they work in my 70's retro Christmas candelabra.
