This unit easily drains the oil from the filter housing with no mess. The drain tube easily directs the oil to the drain container without all of the mess of the plastic adaptors which come with many oil filters. If you service your Toyota yourself, you will love this tool.

This works very nice. The fitting is perfect. The build quality is also good. Makes draining so much easier than the cheap throw away plastics that comes with the filter package. The tube is rubber, not plastic, which is also very nice. The rubber tube also clears easier too. When I'm done, I hang it with the tube down and place a paper towel below it for the remaining oil to drain onto. It's a nice product for the diy.

I used this on my 2017 Tacoma when I changed the oil. It made the whole process so much easier and less messy. Without this tool the oil would leak out and get everywhere when draining the oil filter compartment, but with this you screw it in and release the oil when ready so no mess. The included plastic adapter with the oil filter worked but oil went everywhere. Now I dread changing oil like before.
