Doesn't have a super sharp edge, but once you sharpen it, the knife becomes yours, and it slices effortlessly through all the fish I breakdown at work! Love this knife! I will purchase another yoshihiro!

Fantastic yanagiba!!
This yanagiba is very balanced on the edge, polishing is spectacular and have a razor sharp! I use shapton stone to sharpen, inside there are an antirust oil for free.
