I recently purchased the Essential Fondue Cookbook and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The first time I purchased this, it was a gift to go along with a fondue pot. They loved it, being able to have multiple recipes for either a cheese or chocolate fondue night and even recipe ideas for oil, broths and dippers to go along with your fondue.I have now purchased this for ourselves to have a fondue night at home. I love the variety of recipes but also appreciate the step by step to make sure it is accurately made in the pot.

I really like the recipes. It would be better if there were more photos.

I bought this book that accompanied a fondue as a gift for a co-worker. She can’t consume dairy but this book had plenty of options!

Love this book, very good recipes with great detail. The details are missing in most book but not this one. Very nice pictures, if I had to say something negative it would only be I would have liked more pictures so I could see how the end product should look. But a really fantastic book that I strongly recommend!

The actual cookbook is fine but the cover had a streak that continued across the top of pages. This is being used for a gift so I was not happy.

A lovely mix of recipes

This is a fantastic book. There are more delicious ideas and recipes for fondue than I could’ve dreamt! Perhaps the most impressive part is the background knowledge and information that the author includes. Man, she knows her fondue, and her cheese!!! This is one cookbook that I will revisit time and again.

Loved this cookbook so much, especially the dessert fondues! A huge bonus are tare delicious condiments recipes as well, highly recommend to add to your cookbook collection!
