Worked great for a year, when the battery didn't charge they replaced it.
I have been using this pump once a month for about a year. I have 1 paddleboard 10'8", and 2 paddleboards that are 8' for the kids. This pump will take care of them all on one charge and have charge left over. After hand pumping all three SUPs at the springs, I was too tired to even paddle. This pump really made the process so much faster. I can get the kids ready while the pump does all the work. Recently, when I would charge the pump I would see the charging light flash one at a time but quickly all 4 lights would flash. I still have the owners' manual and didn't see this light indication listed in the directions or troubleshooting list. I emailed the customer service address on the manual to find out what all 4 lights flashing represents. I received a response about a day or two later. Sarah apologized for the late response and asked for images of the pump and my Amazon Invoice. She got back to me a couple days later and said that my machine is defective and that she can replace it. I read that another customer was having issues with customer service but I hope it was just a rare occurrence. Sarah has been very helpful. There is some delay, but I assumed that it's due to something out of their control. I recommend this pump!

SUper Convenient Pump
This little pump was exactly what I needed to quickly and easily inflate my SUP. The charge holds for multiple inflections and is small and portable. I had a problem with my first one but Caleb from customs support for Serene Life was super helpful and helped me to replace the pump. I would recommend this one if you're tired of hand pumping your SUP.

Great customer service
Bought a unit that stopped working almost immediately so I was able to replace it under the warranty. However, 1 year later the next unit stopped working again. Seems to have an electrical short so it won’t take a charge and intermittently powers on/off. It was out of warranty stage but because I felt like I took care of it, it was only a year of use and the first unit failed quickly, I reached out to the manufacturer. They were responsive and understanding and replaced it again. This pump works great when working and if it hadn’t failed twice, I would give it 5 stars.

Great product
I love my Serene Life battery operated air pump! It's lightweight and so easy to use. I bring it with me to inflate my stand-up paddle board. It always works great, is portable and convenient.

Doesn’t work around 5 or so uses.
Only reason I give it 4stars can’t fill two ISUP back to back. Battery died, and it does take a good period of time for it to fill. Maybe 10mins but I’m not gonna complain about that. My friend and I both have ISUP. I filled hers first then went to fill mine and the battery was drained when it hit 9psi we didn’t have a pump manual so yeah. Had to charge the pump and finish filling mine up which took around 45mins. For one ISUP this is a great pump. For 2 or more on one trip. I suggest either stay at the car or have a DC pump in handy. Update 9-29-20 I was in florida in the beginning of the month and the pump didn’t work at all. With all the California fires in late July and aug I haven’t been able to go paddle boarding with bad area quality and being in the fire zones. So I was really excited to go paddling in florida. However the pump would turn on but not pump any air out at all. Which is a huge disappointment especially because I’m still healing from a broken spine. Luckily I had a friend help my isup manually, however for this pump to go out after maybe handful of usage has me very upset and not happy with this product at all.

Doesn't last long
It worked about 6 times. Now it won't stay charged and it won't even turn on. Pricey for something that doesn't last.

Love it! Wish I had bought it earlier!
It took me all summer to decide to get this pump. The price was the main thing holding me back. Wow am I happy with this product! I can charge it at home, so dont have to worry about batteries while I'm out. The PSI stays set so all I have to do is hook it up, turn it on and press go. While it is pumping up my boat I can get everything ready to launch. It is a bit loud, I dont like to use it if I go out at 4 or 5 in the morning if I'm near any homes. I would compare the volume to a vacuum cleaner, not overly loud but seems loud in the middle of the night, lol. The only thing that I am not in love with with this product is the hose is very stiff. When I disconnect it from the valve I have to grab the unit or moving the hose will make it fall. It is not a big deal and does not change the stars I give it, it is just something that I have to remember to do especially on concrete and blacktop landings.

Plastic fitting broke
Pump still working great after 4 years but the plastic holding the valves on the hose just cracked. Cant find replacement.

Put 1.5 PSI, start it, it does all the work and stop when it reach 1.5 PSI. Awesome! Now my inflatable kayak is perfect. I could not know the PSI with other cheaper pumps. I just tried it once (just received it) but will use it almost every days. Updated. My kayak needs 1.5 PSI, not 15 PSI, so I changed that. I have used the pump 3 times until now with my kayak and the battery still show 3 lights out of 4 lights. Awesome! So easy to use. This is a must for someone going out often with inflatable. It does all the work for you so you can prepare your other stuff and go. Really happy. Thank you!

Exactly what I needed! Love it!

Convenient portability but loud and seemed to struggle past 9psi on a 10ft board, which took approx 5min. It has a number of adapters and rubber washers, which is cool, but no combinations exactly fit either of my two different paddleboards - so without a snug fit the nozzele was being pushed out and losing air at approx 8.5 psi. I needed to press down extra hard to maintain inflation but even then it kept going back and forth between 8 & 9 psi... Maybe it would've slowly crept up to 15psi, but I didn't want to wait any more and decided to manually pump the rest of the way to 15psi... All in all better than pumping manually ask the way. About the same outcome as using a Coleman outdoor air mattress pump, but those are approx 30$ - which may be the more economical and equally frustrating way for you if you're trying to save money. If you don't have a manual pump.

Edit: We've had this for a few years now and it still works great! It's still very loud, but besides that, it is perfect. We have decided to pump up our SUP by hand until it gets hard, then we hook up the compressor. It usually registers about 2 PSI when we first hook it up. This saves a lot of time as when we've pumped it up 100% with the compressor, those first 2 PSI take a while. The compressor shines at the higher PSI (8-16 PSI) We've only used this once so far but it works well, took about 15 minutes to pump our SUP to 15 psi. Gets louder as the pressure gets higher, but that's to be expected. One of the charging amount lights went out for this job and there's 4 lights, so I assume it used about 1/4 of the battery energy to do one full inflation.
