Great for making SIBO yoghurt!
Failed only once out of five of us starting batches. We're all very impressed, no foul odors and working out very well, with actually felt gut improvement.

Highly Effective! Noticeable Improvement in Digestion and Balance
Excellent health benefits! I use it to prepare Dr. Davis’s SIBO-style cultured dairy recipe with half-and-half, and the results have been fantastic. After following the instructions and fermenting it with this Bacillus strain, I noticed a clear improvement in how my gut felt, and my family has experienced better digestion as well. The taste is fantastic, and it's a great value for what it delivers.

I bought this to make ‘SIBO’ yogurt, but I ended up taking it as a pill and noticed from the first night of taking this, I woke up with a flatter stomach! I went number two and I felt so empty like I was cleaned out!

The most important probiotic I ever took!
This probiotic was a lifesaver after my gut microbiome was destroyed by a course of clindamycin antibiotic. I had no idea how devastating to health this was until I was faced with the news that I was going to be in absolutely uncontrollable, messy misery for up to a year or more on average after such destruction! While I was never able to cultivate this strain successfully in Dr William Davis's Super Gut book yogurt formulas, it didn't matter because the capsules, as they are, were dramatically effective, overnight. By one month, I had restored my health. This product was more than worth every penny and I will never take an antibiotic again without it on board for gut protection. I only needed this lesson, briefly and once.
