Solid desk, great value for the money
I've used high-end electric desks at work, and since you typically get what you pay for, I was a bit wary of buying one for home that was so relatively inexpensive. But overall the reviews were positive enough (especially regarding customer service) and there were some good tips regarding assembly, so I figured it was worth the risk. Both boxes arrived with the contents in perfect condition: the boxes used very thick, heavy cardboard, and the corner protectors on the desktop were made of a very dense rubber. I've unpacked a lot of furniture (assembling desks for classrooms and computer labs), and the packaging for this desk puts many so-called "commercial" products to shame. Any damage that might occur would be due to careless shipping and handling - not how the factory packed it. Assembling the desk was straightforward enough, although I've put together enough of this sort of furniture over the years that there weren't any surprises. Just take your time, follow the steps, and you'll be fine. This can be assembled by one person, but a second set of hands will make things easier. All of the pre-drilled holes lined up where they were supposed to. One assembly tip: line up one of the end holes in a leg with its corresponding hole in the desktop, and drop a thin nail into the hole to give it something to pivot around. Then with that hole aligned, line up each of the other holes, again dropping a thin nail into each one until they're all aligned. Then drive the screws, replacing each nail, one at a time. No guesswork, no misaligned screws, no do-overs. The only two pilot holes I had to add were for the center crossbar, so you will need a drill and a small bit (a hand drill or pin vise would work for this). For driving all of the screws I used a hand screwdriver, so I wouldn't run the risk of stripping out the particle board. Everything went together very nicely. There were no stripped threads or alignment issues. Overall, I felt the quality of the desk and and the fit and finish of the parts were excellent and exceeded my expectations. The motor operates pretty quietly, and raises and lowers the desk just fine, even with a bunch of stuff piled on top of it (I don't plan on testing what its limits are - it holds what I need). I had an error message pop up on the controller once when I attempted to recall a saved height, but unplugging the desk from power and reconnecting it resolved that. No issues since. The desk is solid and stable. At its higher settings it will sway a little bit when leaned on, but that's just physics at work - if you need something that's really solid at full height, get something with four legs instead of two. The only (minor) gripe that I have is that the cords could be a bit longer: the one for the control panel so you could reposition it if you needed to; and the power cord which barely reaches the width of the desk. I'm very pleased with this purchase. It met my budget, and exceeded my expectations. It's a good-looking, solid, quality desk. Hopefully it'll hold up over time - but so far, so good!

Great value for money
This table arrived early and was very well packed. It is very heavy and you may need help with lifting and assembly. My sewing room is on the second floor. Senior citizen husband was able to put it together himself but it was not easy. The lift mechanism was actually easy to install and works as expected. The back of the table does not hit the wall but the foot frame does. I have a big sewing machine and the table and machine do not vibrate at all. There is enough room under the table to use a small rolling cart for accessories. The Flexispot table was on sale when I purchased but I would pay full price given its quality and usefulness.

A great desk!
The FLEXISPOT EN1 Standing Desk offers excellent value for its price — it’s sturdy, smooth to adjust, and provides plenty of workspace without taking up too much room. The motor is quiet and reliable, making it easy to switch between sitting and standing throughout the day. Assembly is generally straightforward, but one minor issue I ran into was aligning the holes for the leg brackets. It can be difficult to see if they’re perfectly lined up, due to the black gaskets to sink the screws into which makes that step a bit frustrating. Once everything is in place, though, the desk feels solid and stable. Overall, this is a great desk for anyone looking to upgrade to a sit-stand setup — just be prepared to spend a little extra time during assembly to get those brackets positioned correctly.

Sturdy and nice looking desk
Desk was on sale and bought the Maple 55 inch. Ships in two shipments, the top and the motorized bottom. Not too bad to put together. Instructions are clear, however it does say to adjust the crossbar early on in instructions. But you aren't going to be able to do that until you are mounting to the top so you can line the holes up. So I would just ignore that step or make it a little wider to give you some working room. Once it comes time to mount the top do one screw top/bottom on one side. Then loosen the crossbar and transmission rod and extend until until you lined up the other side with the holes. Once all screwed in tighten the rod and crossbar. One thing I think would have helped was a guide on where the center of the crossbar extension was so you could extend it in a balanced way. I just eyeballed it. Most the weight is going to go to the legs anyway so not concerned. As far as predrilled holes go, they lined up perfectly on left/right side. There is no predrilled holes for the crossbar however you don't need a drill the wood is soft enough to just screw into with a bit of force. Theres also no predrilled hole for the back of the up/down switch but again not a problem. Theres plenty of holes to position the switch where you want (though it must be on the right side of the desk near the motor since the cords aren't that long). One other nitpick is the bracket that holds the power adapter doesn't lock into place. It just slides around freely. Being nitpicky though its not a functional problem. All pieces were there. The top looks really nice but it isn't heavy enough to be solid maple. But all put together the desk has good weight and very sturdy. Motor works well, I actually didn't even buy it for being a standing desk so thats a bonus. It was a good price even if it didn't have that feature. Pros: -sturdy and good weight to it -motor is enough to do the job. -not bad to put together. No frustrating moments. Takes about an hour. Only need a sturdy philips screwdriver no drill needed. -top is one solid piece -its deep! Most cheaper desks are 20-24 inches. 28 inches is a very noticeable difference. -good price -the desk gets very tall, I was surprised. I am 6'2 and it got more than tall enough for me. Cons -couple of nitpicks about instructions Well see how long it lasts but so far am satisfied.

Great sturdy little table.
Once assembled, this table was exactly what I needed. The motor lifts the tabletop quietly. It is quite sturdy. I ordered this because I had back issues leaning over my sewing table. Now I will be able to stand comfortably as I work. Assembly notes: I am a 70 year old female and I was able to assemble this myself. It did take me multiple days since I stopped when I ran into minor issues. One of the screws was missing, but I was able to find a compatible one in the garage. The predrilled holes on the underside of the table are VERY small and it was a bit difficult to line the parts up to install the screws. In Step 8, after installing screws in the "circle" locations, it is impossible to find the screw holes in the "square" locations. I simply drilled a couple of starter holes and used them, although I think the table would be just as solid if those were not used.

Great Desk
Man! This is one great desk. Sturdy and the only trade off is that it's maybe a bit noisy but I personally don't mind it at all. Super easy to assemble, only really took maybe 20-30 minutes to get everything functional and only had to wait 2-3 days in total to get all the parts for my table. Love it!

Decent, but..
For $260 I thought this was a decent standing desk. Looking at many other brands I quickly saw the outrageous pricing for many other "premium" desks, and while a price differential is expected for higher quality goods I have no business buying something that expensive was my initial reasoning. So after some searching I ended up with this option. Funny this is considered a budget option, nonetheless I bought it. Received only one tracking number but package did arrive in two separate shipments on two different dates. So that was annoying. Delivery estimates were also off by 2 days (earlier than expected). Received the top first and then all the hardware for the stand itself. Pros The desk is decent, I got the white as I wanted a clean aesthetic for my setup. Its relatively stable, I did notice some shaking at times when fully extended but nothing too serious. Gets as low as I want it to get and gets as high as I would need no complaints there. The controls are simple to program and don't get in the way. I got the 55x28 which is good size, personally I should've gone for the 24x60 but this really isn't bad either. Cons Packaging was rough for the stand, or should I say lack of packaging. All the items for the stand came in a 4 foot box that almost looked improvised taped in the middle to join two smaller boxes together. No real padding inside either that's why my hardware arrived heavily scratched especially one of the legs shown above. As well as a large gouge on the transmission rod, as well as a serious bend on the rod itself. Luckily I was able to use a tool to take the bend out of the rod because I'm honestly not trying to deal with warrantys and manufacturers and returns. I'm aware that sellers can't control how delivery carriers handle their business but when they didn't even try to include some sort of packaging for protection I think that says a lot about their QC. Not to mention the table top itself. Luckily I got white so it's less noticeable but it did arrive with many little micro and more noticeable scratches out of the box. Packaging for the top was actually somewhat decent, they included some padding and plastic boots for the edges to prevent the corners from getting damaged. The edge of the table is very sharp and almost abrasive I would say, which most cheap desk that I have owned have a sharp corner like this. You learn to live with it but it is still a glaring defect. Not to mention the paint on said edge is peeling in certain areas. Nothing major yet but will need a touch up in the future. Overall not satisfied with the quality at all, but since it's just a temporary solution while I save for something actually worth the money this will have to do. If you can overlook everything I mentioned above and you don't want to spend an outrageous amount of money out the gate I would say get it, but me personally I would not recommend otherwise. Two stars because it gets the job done and works as intended, for now.
