Great for my money this product is awesome with making meatloaf the crumbs soak into my mixture perfect.But watch out I guess you don't get the measuring spoons with the product it's all amozon and they have nothing to do with packing the spoons !

The granules are way too large for most of the cooking needs that I have, so I have to grind them down a bit before using

Cooks the same as regular panko

It’s so hard to make delicious dishes that call for breading, panko, gluten when you can’t eat gluten. I found this substitution for gluten panko, and I couldn’t be happier. The texture is a little different, but it works great! Definitely try these!

I love the flavor and texture this product adds to fish or anything I want to bread. I live in a fairly remote area and stumbled on it in a local store a year or so ago. They no longer carry it so I was so happy to find it easily available through Amazon. Will continue buying it this way.

Girlfriend is gluten free, so I ordered these to cook with. They are great.
