Makes perfect Brazilian cheese bread. Its Hard to find casaava STARCH (not to be confused with flour) in stores . So i ordered the cassava starch online. Came in a timely manner and was packaged well . This was a large bag , the size was equivalent to a bag of flour.

Yuca is very good source of vitamins, antioxidant, good for your bowels. The nutritionists say it is better than potatoes and good for diabetes. I love to make cheese bread brazilian style and cake. It is healthier than white flour. It came very fast. Excellent product.
