Oh lawddddd, let’s just say everything came out plus more. It works like a charm when you drink lots of water afterwards. Received it yesterday & used it this morning, not even 8hrs later and I’m already in the bathroom in disbelief. No experience of cramps, you just get the urge to go the bathroom. Gotta work in a few hrs, hope I don’t have any issues today 😅

It was purchased for my husband and he just cannot stop raving about it....he says, it's the best thing he has ever used for his constipation problem, and doesn't want to be out of it. He loves the pineapple flavor and it blends in well with his cereal and oatmeal. He's hoping it will always be effective.

As someone with IBSC I am constantly looking for anything to help me. This is absolutely it. I started with taking one tablespoon in water in the morning on an empty stomach and now I add about a half a tbsp in water before bed and it absolutely does it job. No longer am I only going once a week, its almost daily now and I couldn't be more please. As for the taste, very slight pineapple taste and very grainy, but just drink in big chugs and you're fine. Not bad at all.
