They're about 5" more or less. Pretty cute, I bought them with the idea of stocking stuffers for my three little ones - they'll work just fine for something like that.

Is this a chatter back one?

No. These are just plush. They make no sound.

Are these "bean bag" at all?

Yes. The hands and feet are stuffed cotton (I assume) but the body is beanie. They have a good weight to em and are perfect for 'ahh chooing' across the room lol.
