My curls love water; so, I usually detangle initially with my fingers while wetting / rinsing my hair before shampooing or applying pre-shampoo conditioning treatments. I use the brush with conditioner product in wet hair to fully detangle. I’ve also used the brush for styling. It’s flexibility, strength & smooth wise design have worked well with all these curls for over a year.

I wish I would’ve remembered to video myself detangling my hair. Very easy to use, gentle on my hair, and my curls just snapped back! Hair shedding was appropriate being i wash ky hair every two weeks. So happy I purchased it and would definitely recommend

I saw this brush used by many people with 4C hair on YouTube. I took a chance and I a so glad I did. I am overjoyed that it really works. I purchased just last week and used it on May 10th. The detangling was really not detangling, because the brush simply made the whole detangling process almost no existent; I just couldn't believe it. Also, really glad I purchased the travel size, because it was a perfect fit in my hand and when I travel. I highly recommend to women with 4C hair. No negatives for me, great product.

I find it works best when I detangle with the brush vertically. It does a solid job at detangling my hair but it isn't loads better than previous detangling tools I've used. It could stand to be a little cheaper.

Makes detangling hair easy!

After years of 6hr sessions of purely finger detangling I decided to go back to using a tool. I decided upon this brush because:1) TIME:: I was letting wash day skip by because I didn't want to spend time detangling.2) SHEDDING:: I wanted to compare shedding by finger to brush. Shedding started the same but appears slightly less now.3) HAIR LENGTH:: My hair isn't long (10-13 inches) and stays in medium size twists. I don't need anything big. My hand doesn't hurt or get tired. I wear a medium in Publix's rubber gloves, if that helps.Likes:Easy to use and clean.Dislikes:Must have slip. With finger detangling, I could get away with just water but when using a tool I need some slip. It's not bad but I easily get product build and then it's more shampooing to get everything out. I just want to get in and get out.Bonus:It's the original and not the dupes.

In order to get good leverage, you need the bigger brush! This is a brush for textured kinky, curly, or tangled hair! It's a good brush, but for small hands!

I have the tangle teaser and I wish I had purchased this a looong time ago. I like the travel size as well so no hand cramping. Get it Felicia 😊
