Well, first it was kind of difficult to figure out what size to order with the sizing chart and reading others fitting challenges. My daughter turned 4 and is starting to get into a size 9 so i decided to order the 10 and they fit more like an 8-7 in my opinion. The rubberiness of the shoe i think was helpful in making them comfortable for her bday and just fit but probably not for long. Its still cold here so she wore them with socks and that was probably helpful as well because it seems like Ariel's head digs into her foot a little so we'll see what happens when she tries them without socks. When they came i was so excited because they looked so cute and packaged so well with an added card and cute bow hair tie. My daughter was excited for the card even saying its a credit card and bracelet. They are still very cute after wearing them for the second day but my biggest complaint is Ariel keeps braking apart and i have had to glue her back together about 3 times now. I still love these shoes but i would be very cautious of what size to order (maybe go up 2 sizes) and glue the princess head on real good before they adventure out into the world. They have brought my daughter great joy and i hope they hold up for a while to come, that will determine if i would purchase again.

I order the sandals in a size 9 to make sure they fit my twins even though they wear a size 8. I was okay with them being bigger because I know my daughters will fit in to them eventually. The only thing was that when I received them, the sandals read size 11 on the bottom of them. I contacted the seller to verify if it was a mistake or that a size 11 would be in fact a size 9 but I really didn't get an answer to my question. The seller just basically copied the description that was on the item on to my question to be answered. I asked because I wanted to make sure that if I decided to buy again I know for a fact that a size 9 is marked as a size 11 on the bottom of the shoe. For instance, your child's shoe size would be printed 2 sizes bigger than their actual size. I hope this review helps any future buyers and answers any questions pertaining the shoe size. I totally recommend the sandals. They are too cute!

These shoes are sooooo cute, but the sizing is definitely small (which is why I’m giving them a 4)! My daughter normally wears a 12 in most shoe brands. I bought a 13 since several mentioned ordering a size up, and they are still too small. It doesn’t appear they have anything bigger than that, so sadly we will have to return and try to find something comparable.

They are big but was expecting that. I'm not one to complain but omg they have this terrible chemical odor. I cant get it off. I've washed them with dawn and other shampoos it wont go away I'm going to leave them outside for a bit and see if that works. They also had like black smudges on the back when I opened them but they came out when I washed them. They added a hair tie with a yellow bow on it it was a nice addition but because of the strong odor on it as well I think it will have to be trashed. By all means the shoes are gorgeous but just that smell filled up my house quick and gave me a horrible headache.

Just perfect for my 3 years old birthday dress.... she stay all the time st the party with the cute shoe without complaining that hurt or anything. Everyone loves the shoes...

These shoes are adorable unfortunately these run insanely small. My daughter wears a size 10 and the 11 and 12 were basically the same super small size! I would say the 11 fit like a 9. These would be fantastic for a smaller foot!

I bought a pair of these for my daughter last year and she loved them so much she begged for another pair once she outgrew the first. So I bought a new pair, but these have an awful, awful smell - I don't know how to describe it; chemical doesn't even seem to fit - that was not present with the first pair and that we can't get rid of. Very disappointed. My daughter is devastated! (she's 5, lol). We'll probably have to return these.

Shoes are adorable but they don't fit, not sure if it's a sizing issue or the company can't seem to send the right sizes because many other reviews complain of the same incorrect sizes. I ordered a 7 and they sent me an 8 which was too big and the toe part kept falling off my 2 year old. Sending back because the toe box seems really short so when she is a size 8 I think her toes would be squished.
