Great for crafting, as advertised. Nothing super exciting but the wood is quality, no sanding needed, no defects, functioned perfectly for painted peg dolls.

This has a variety of sizes of small peg dolls. they are very nice and smooth. They would definitely be a choking hazard for small children. The smallest size is only about an inch tall. The largest one is a straight figure, the next biggest is bell or dress shaped but has a way smaller head than the straight figured one, they definitely don't go together as a set. I was thinking they would be a family set but I used them as different aged children instead and bought mom and dad dolls that are 3 1/2 inches separately.

These worked well for a school project. We used them as glued into a diagram. We had no issues painting them.

I almost didn’t want to paint the peg dolls as the wood was so gorgeous and I hated covering it up. Beautiful! Love the size, the smoothness and quality. Will definitely buy again.
