RPM Wide Front Bumper Black Rustler, Stampede, Bandit, Black

The first accessory I bought for my Nephew's new Traxxas Rustler 2WD Stadium Racer that I bought them for Christmas 2015. The stock "bumper" is a joke! This thing protects the whole front-end of the vehicle and is very tough. It is a MUST HAVE, AFAIC! I added the Traxxas wheelie-bar kit to the rear and immediately smashed the thing into walls at a decent clip in both directions trying to learn how to drive it! This bumper takes a beating and really protects the expensive front end components. There are also optional LED O/R lights that mount at each corner of the bumper if you're into dress-up and/or limited night usage. Well-worth the minimal outlay, and the kids loved the look of it (especially over the OEM item). It utilizes the existing bumper mounting screws and fits like a charm. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Fit the Bandit and Rustler with no issues. A very strong piece of protection that will pay for itself compared to the front end parts that would be busted without it. I highly recommend this item for your Rustler or Bandit. Small price to pay to save yourself cash in the long run. It looks good and it’s very functional too! Durable. 👍

SUPER STURDY MULTIPLE CRASHES AND NO DAMAGE TAKES IT LIKE A BEAST

Not sure what they do to the plastic but it's magic! This is a must have first upgrade for your basher! Edit: Had to knock a star off. It took some great hits, but then on what I thought was a pretty minor bump it split along the screw heads. I sent it in to RPM so I'll post an update on how they handle it. Obviously not quite as bullet proof as initially though but I went ahead and bought another (blue this time) thinking/hoping it was a fluke.

Fits perfect, uses factory screws, protects front suspension from damage. Replaces the tiny useless stock bumper. Cheap insurance!

Last night a few other dads and their kids put this bumper to the test. We were assing the Tx around for a couple hours and having a lot of head-on strikes into curbs and random objects. The bumper is just a little scratched up, but still in perfect condition. Mine is on a 2-3s brushless converted Rustler, upgraded to 1/8 buggy wheels. As long as you're keeping the total weight of the car under 4 pounds (1.8kg) and running 2s-3s, it does its job perfectly. Heavier/faster trucks might get less mileage.
