Guerlain Shalimar Eau De Toilettes Spray, 1.6 Ounce

This is the EDT version of Shalimar by Guerlain, purchased at the fraction of the cost it would in a department store. The fragrance is scrumptious, like a woody and powdery vanilla that wraps itself around you like a veil. All you need is a few sprays of it, and you're good to go. The longevity of this fragrance, even at an EDT, is quite impressive. I put it on around 9/10 pm in the evening, and when I woke up around 5am the next morning I could still smell it on me. My late grandmother wore it for years and passed on the tradition to me when I was a teenager, and when I smell it, it gives me waves of nostalgia and it is perfect for any special occasion and date night. Shalimar is a special fragrance, it's absolutely decadent, complex, and an alternative to floral fragrances. I'm quite impressed with how long it held up even as an EDT. Overall, A+!

I've used Shalimar for about 50 years. I've tried a lot of the trendy fragrances, but none compared. They were so strong, I had to take a shower after using. I get so many compliments when I use a little Shalimar. Most say that it's not overpowering and they like it. Strongly approve and suggest you try it.
