The powdered variety is a little gritty. The taste is just o.k.. I had lots of dental work and couldn't chew on my left side for a few days. This provided me with fullness and protein without chewing.

I am a fussy eater, and my doctor wanted me to get more protein in my diet. I tried the liquid individual serving type, but found their taste off putting. I read the label on this product and it had a suggestion for adding ice to it and mixing it like a shake. This was not bad, but I still found it slightly distasteful. I replaced the water with milk, and added chocolate malt powder, this makes a great tasting drink with 35 grams of protein.

I love this stuff. I put it in coffee in the morning for a mocha. Absolutely delicious. It is not gritty and mixes well with my frother. It keeps me full for hours. I highly recommend and the convenience of ordering it is great!

I got these on a amazon day and they were a great price the product is good for diabetics. I hope they have this sale again. They had this sale again and I bought more the delivery is fast and packing is good. I am happy when I can save money and these did that.

Many customers reviewed how chalky this tasted. I learned that mixing and letting it sit overnight in refrigerator works best. Mixing it with half/half which has no added sugar even works better.

Doesn’t dissolve well and when it finally does, tastes awful. The bottles of Glucerna are best.
