I took 1 the first day. 2 the second day. And 3 the third day. WITH FOOD for all of these days. Today I passed some parasites 😭😭😭. I will not be posting pictures I am soooo disgusted!!!🤢🤢I'm happy to see them out of my body but I am SO grossed out. I'm definitely finishing this bottle and highly recommend doing a 14 day detox (2 Tea bags of dandelion tea, [OR] 2 Tea bags of '3 Ballerina Tea', [OR] Dr. Tobias 2 week colon cleanse [OR] something similar)while you're doing this cleanse to help flush the little demons out. I took my detox pills along with the Paraguard lastnight and the devil spawn came out today (3rd day). I will say my stomach felt weird, definitely some discomfort, gas, tightness and like pins and needles were in it while taking these pills. I also had a burning sensation in my hand on the first 2 days of taking Paraguard. Definitely Herxing. Next time I'm taking DE or Activated charcoal to help with the herxing/die-off symptoms of the parasites. I have relief after the 3rd day now that I see dead parasites in the toilet. I'm still going to continue taking these and I highly recommend them. I bred dogs for a living and would deworm them regularly. But I never dewormed myself. Go figure. I took it for a little over 10 days, until I count any more. My hands broke out in a really bad reaction and itch. Traveled all the way up my arm . My gut felt great tho. I had to give my arms a rest I was itching so much my skin was breaking. Don’t know if that’s normal. My stomach never got upset. My cravings went away. And my digestive system felt better.

This is my third time purchasing Zahler ParaGuard. I previously tried a different brand, but the taste was unbearable—this one is much better. I have been using the Zahler ParaGuard Herbal formula for 6 days now, I like the freshness of the flavour (which others, I have read stated was awful). I woke up this morning feeling great. I have experienced one day of increased bowel movements, I am hoping this will continue - going from once a day to 3-4 times a day. I will complete the 10 days and repeat as per instruction.
