I’ve been using this rice cooker for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly made a big difference in my kitchen routine. It cooks rice perfectly every time no more guessing or watching the pot. The media could not be loaded. It arrived quickly. There are a few positives and a few negatives.Negatives:Internal packaging was as if someone else had unpacked it and re secured the cord with the wire. It was wound differently and the wire had the original wind imprint stil in it.The measure cup was broken beyond use. The rice bowl looked like it had been dropped or hit with something. See pictures for the measure cup and bowl damage. Lastly a negative is that when i put the rice and water in and turned it in at the wall it automatically started the cook with the switch in keep warm mode. The idea is that you press the switch down to begin the cooking and it switched up to keep warm when done cooking. It didn't seem to mater which position the switch was in, it cooked as soon as switch on at the plug.Positives:When I put the switch down and left it to cook my black rice it did automatically flick the switch up into keep warm mode. It cooked the rice to perfection. It is small enough to cook for one person or 2 people. It is small enough to pack away to allow the worktop space to be used. The price was good.

This is so easy to use. 1/2 cup of rice for 1 person, even feeds 2 if I'm honest.. 1 cup of water. Pour it in, leave it cook for 15 mins, turns itself off and keep rice warm.. totally perfect rice.. this was a good buy. Easy to clean too. Wish I'd bought one years ago. No more boiling rice in a pan and ending up with wet soggy rice.

Easy to use, and clean, the rice is so fluffy and delicious and it is very affordable for its price and cooking time is perfect, also the design looks cute and it doesn’t take up my space so if you are a student this would be really useful.

It's easy to get the rice to water ratio correct but it doesn't have a timer so it just keeps cooking. It does cook the rice quickly and very well, you just need to keep an eye on it to prevent it boiling dry
