The first shipment we received were dead. Called the company and the guy was super fantastic! They sent us a whole new shipment of them with a little plastic ant that scared my son when he took them out of the bag :)It was a nice little gesture that we laughed about for about 30 min.Second batch is still alive and doing lots of digging 2 weeks later

A few arrived dead. I felt the price was VERY steep

Dead ants. We have been sent 5 viles of ants and have had none alive when we received. The 1st shipment took a month to arrive. The next 2 tries arrived in a week with no survivors. Please refund!!!!!

Excellent customer service first batch didn’t survive so well but they immediately replaced with a fresh batch that all seem to be in good shape thank you very much I appreciate the good customer service

These ants built tunnels like crazy. We might even run out of sand soon!Most ants were alive. We did make sure to order during a period when the temperature in our area was below 85 degrees. The ants were VERY THIRSTY on arrival, and hungry too. It’s been several days and those that made it are all still alive.

My son was disappointed because half the ants had died..

Ordered last June 2020 and had a great experience for a project for my daughter, kept several alive until this week Feb 2021.
