Good quality item, takes a bit of adjusting to find the right time of day to take it. Can upset your stomach or give headaches if you take too much, Brought it help menopause brain fog - worked well when I remembered to take it - cumulative difference noticed in concentration when taken daily.

This is a quality Lions mane product for a good price, other brands have fallen short for me or are too expensive.

Despite the foul alcohol flavour (bit like drinking a shot) it does seem to clear my brain fog. I'm finding it MUCH easier to take by filling up 3 empty gelatin capsules (although just discovered that you can't store any oil filled capsules...certainly not in a car on a hot day anyway)

After a month of using lion's mane, I'd definitely say it works. I've just received my second order. I take lion mane for the mind and wellbein. I also take the shilajit for the body and could recommend both for their quality. I tried lions mane from different brands and forms (caps, liquid), and this brand is the most effective for me. The easiness and also the actual effect. I feel connected and switched on after using it. Definitely recommend it

Wish it was stronger. Just one dropper full instead of 3 per day. Still great product for elderly mother
