A good basic All Purpose flour at a good price.

I use this flour to bake and make flour tortillas.If you’ve worked with flour as much as I do you can tell when flours are “heavy” or fine.Heavy flours like gold medal or the pillsbury brand do not work for me. Most of the time I find that generic store brands are much better than name brands with the exception of Bob’s red mill, that’s a good brand too.Texture is great, it’s a good baking flour.

Thanks for adding the extra plastic around the flour, so it would not spill. Good product.
