Can't hear anything outside of these😅
I'm not much of a tech person so this won't be a specs review. All I know is that I can hear a lot more going on in games than I can with some of the other Kraken models we've previously bought and that I can't hear anything outside of the headphones unless I have it sitting slightly off of my ear 😅 I don't dominately use these as they were a gift for my husband who plays games regularly. He said he really likes that it has a USB input to his computer rather than an aux jack. He also likes that you can meet the Mike easier with these headphones then you could with one of the other models he had. He said overall clarity of sounds is better as well and that the mic picks up on a lot going on and is a lot more sensitive.

Love these thing!
Pros:- the ear cushions are cool to the touch and never get uncomfortably warm.-the sound quality both both input and out put are clean.-the inwire controls for volume and mute/unmute are out of the way but easy to reach.-customer support is great and willing to throw you a bone in many cases.Cons: -the built in ambient noise cancellation can be an issue with some games especially if you talk on the quieter side.-the headphone Jack wire is built in so if it’s damaged you have to call customer support to get it fixed/replaced.

Decent headset over all.The sound cuts out sometimes but it may just be normal wear and tear.

Cool Until...
The little dodo rectangle accessory that you Have to connect to change the bass and game volume is so badddddddd it broke in the first 2 weeks and the change volume scroll broke too, what in the world brah the only good thing is the bass and it's made out of metal from the outer area i'm so disappointed changed out of it immediately do with this information as you wish...

Great product. Just plug and play. Already had Synapse3 which immediately recognised the product and upgraded software.

Don't get this if you need to communicate with people in your house.
I love these headphones but my wife hates them because she will ask me a question and I do not hear her.
