do these fit in standard pipe bags? Is there couplers? Is it certified is grade safe?

They do fit. No couplers though. Poor quality in my opinion. Piping does not come out defined.

I don’t use any couplers with that kind of tip.

What size of bag do I need ?

It can be placed in the large Icing Piping Bags. Usually use this in a 16 or 24" pastry bag.
