How can the drop length be atered? Do you remove slats or just not drop it all the way (leaving an excess of soats at the bottom)?

You can remove the slats easily at the bottom or leave them on. It doesn't look too bad if you leave them on either.

Is this for resessed installation or does it overlay the window recess?

Hi Can be for either. It depends on the size. If it’s recess the blind has to be exact size.

I have wall mountwd this blind with the 2 supporting brackets What stops the blind being pulled out of the end brackets? Where do the end plates go?

i just put them on the end brackets i just slipped the on and haveny had any problems
