Beautiful package and samples included but it doesn't smell the same as I remember

I am so in love with this sent.Years ago I fell in love with it.My Ex-Husband did not like any sent's and would grumble if anyone in his vicinity even wore one. Well eight years post divorce I found myself reminiscing about my once beloved perfume. I looked it up on amazon and voila there it was. I am so glad everything I remembered about it is still true and it constantly makes me happy when I get a whiff of it from my hair after applying.I interpret the sent as a light Grapefruit/Citrus Sent. It is warm and light and after the initial spray fog has cleared and it is a crisp sent. I don't like woody or musky sent's and to my nose this has neither.

Dislike this scent

One of these days perfumes will be rated by people that know anything about what a good scent is. I thought it would smell like a nice balanced perfume, that is fresh with a hint of citrus, this just smell like if you rubbed fresh lemon skins on yourself. Makes me feel like I just walked out of a bathroom. Awful.

If you like "clean" scents, this is the eau de perfume for you! Everyone compliments me on this unique scent. I can't find this in department stores--I originally bought it at a resort. It lasts a long time: I spray once in the morning and once more at night if I'm going out. The packaging and bottle are beautiful so it also makes a great gift. This is a modern blend.
