HyperX Kingston Technology Impact 16GB RAM DDR4 2133 HX421S13IBK2/16

I am very pleased with this RAM. It is a nice break from the usual green of computer components and looks the part of a custom upgrade. Just as the advertisement said it is plug and play. I used this to upgrade my 2016 HP Omen from BestBuy for a total of 16GB of RAM. As soon as I plugged it in (a matter of opening the back up, finding the open RAM slot, and inserting this at 30 degree angle as the included instructions show), I powered it back on and sure enough my PC recognized it. For 50 dollars, this is a foolproof upgrade. I am a gamer and also do tons of multitasking with internet tabs and Word open at the same time. Having my memory be at 79% usuage when I only had 8GB of RAM le my PC with little wiggle room for additional programs and tasks. Now it is no problem! A lot of RAM upgrade videos feature Kingston HyperX RAM for the upgrade, i can see why now!

Zero problems. PC recognized and accepted the new memory right away. Current system: ASUS K501UW with Intel I7 6500U, GeForce GTX 960M. I haven't figured out how to adjust my fan control settings in the BIOS and I'm not even sure I have access to the motherboard settings, but my fans have been on a little more frequently than before I installed the extra 8GB. You may not notice any improvements at first, but after a few hours of utilizing your CPU's resources you will notice a difference in system speed. I have noticed that it allows my CPU and GPU to work together a bit better. I can render further in game and my design programs like Autodesk and Solidworks function much better as well.

I purchased this ram to fully load my gaming laptop. I checked the specs to make sure it would support it and it did (Acer Predator G9-592 if curious). I had to remove the motherboard to replace the pre-installed ram and install these, but it was worth it and I'm always more comfortable with the same brand of ram in my machine. So far they have been recognized and are performing great. I can't complain and I expect with this amount of ram, I should be good for a few years with my setup! And as a note, I've used Kingston, Crucial, and Corsair RAM before and all have performed well. I've never had a dud ram stick so far *knock on wood*. So though I have no preference, I can also at least say I've had no issues with Kingston either. So if your mobo supports it and you want it, go for it!

If you own a NUC6I5SYH. Heed my warning and buy this RAM. I did extensive research into purchasing the NUC. It was a replacement for a Brix GB‑BXBT‑2807 which I'd purchased just a year or so ago. I purchased a 4K TV and wanted a good solution that would handle 4K video as well as light gaming using Steam and Origin. I was very close to being turned off this NUC because of consistent complaints about RAM incompatibilities and the NUCs dying after 2 weeks because of BIOS issues. Then I thought..."wait a sec, what about some official reviews?". I had even experienced customers coming in saying this and that memory just wouldn't work with their 6th Gen NUC and saw first hand that evil blinking LED light of doom. I checked several official review and benchmarking websites which had no such issues with the device and several of them used this exact RAM and so, I bought it and I'm happy. My NUC has been running since April 2016 without issue. (Knocks on wood.).

This memory used it into a INTEL I3 NUC6I3SYH W/M.2 & 2.5 SUPPORT and works fine.

Got about 10-15fps boost in my skyforge game in 4k resolution, worth the money but I will say like I did in my crucial m.2 sata 6gb ssd review. I got about 20-25 fps boost in 4k from those ssd's in raid 0 after installing these. So all in all, I'm now running Skyforge at about 70fps on my alienware 17 r3 laptop in 4k resolution at high settings, one below ultra. I was at about 40fps before the upgrade or about 60ish at medium settings. Now my internet seems to be the bottleneck since I running of my cricket phone, 4g-lte :) Anyways very good product. Highly recommend and if anyone has the laptop I speak of you can put 2 of these ddr4 2133 in the laptop. Many people all over the net said 1600mhz was as high as the motherboard would support but that's untrue.

I used this Dual Channel memory upgrade kit on my Lenovo Y700-14ISK to replace the factory Dual Channel 8GB set-up. Installation was a stright forward process once I did some research and found a picture tutorial as well as downloaded the Hardware Maintenance manual. I was deciding between Kingston HyperX Impact kit or the G.Skill RipJaw which had a slower CAS latency. Have patience, an anti-static mat, mini screwdriver set, and some prior experience working with laptops/computers to get great results. Since the install, the ability to multi-task and the speed/responsiveness inside of programs such as multi-tab browsing while watching media has increased. To further increase speed of computing such as loading a game or Windows start-up will be possible by upgrading the mechanical HDD, which will be next on my list!

Hallo, die Lieferung ging gewohnt schnell. Mein Asus N752VX habe ich mit 8 GB auf 16 GB aufgerüstet. Die eingebauten 8 GB waren mir zu wenig. Super schneller Rechner (Hardware entsprechend), bin sehr zufrieden. Eingebauter RAM und neuer RAM harmonieren sehr gut.

Esta RAM la compre para hacer un upgrade a una lenovo v110 la cual tiene de fabrica 4gb y aumentandole los 8gb de esta memoria el rendimiento se sintió mejorado desde el primer momento, incluso la latencia es menor (13) de la que tiene de fabrica la computadora (15) sin embargo no hubo problema alguno ya que unicamente deben de fijarse en que tengan la misma frecuencia para este caso 2133 Mhz.

Was soll man zu einem Hauptspeicher sagen? Einbauen, einschalten – fertig (lol). Ja, mir gibt es da wirklich nicht – Perfekter Speicher, um sein Notebook/MacBook Pro etc. zu erweitern. Richtig schnell. Nur der Preis ist etws hoch, aber ich hab's ja… Kaufempfehlung - JA

Whats not to like, I put it in the laptop and it works. No messing around, no issues. I'm not an IT techie so I haven't performed benchtests to compare speeds, it was the size I was after not the speed. I bought this pack of 4 then shared them between 2 new laptops I had bought for work and this proved to be a cost effective way of increasing the RAM on both machines.

RAM acquistata da Goldpix: spedizione velocissima, pacco robusto e ben fatto, ma la confezione è ARRIVATA APERTA. La cosa mi è saltata subito all'occhio nonostante la premura di far combaciare i lembi del sigillo e fermare il tutto con del nastro adesivo trasparente; tentativo che non mi è piaciuto per niente. Solo dopo una mia richiesta di spiegazioni, il venditore sostiene che, a seguito di problemi riscontrati precedentemente, ha aperto la confezione per verificarne il funzionamento. Sono molto scettico a riguardo: se ho problemi con un prodotto lo mando indietro e me lo faccio sostituire dal produttore, ma se anche fosse, avrei gradito di essere avvertito preventivamente. Ho comunque deciso di tenerle visto che sono delle RAM. Fosse stato altro, un SSD per esempio, non lo avrei accettato. La RAM di suo invece merita 5 stelle: installata nel mio nuovo Alienware, gira da subito alla frequenza indicata. Rispetto agli 8Gb di RAM single channel CAS 17 che ho trovato montata (DELL ha dei prezzi folli sulla RAM e SSD, meglio prendere la base e comprare gli upgrade a parte: spesa inferiore e sai cosa metti), 3dmark CPU score è passato da 8000 a 9000 (6700hq) e ho guadagnato qualche FPS in più nei giochi. Nei programmi di uso comune differenza zero o quasi, come previsto.
