Very interesting toothpick!
It's very easy to get it out and you have different ends to choose from, according to what you need...

Too rough
I tore up my gums with these as they’re rough and not soft.

this product substitution doesn't work
Top Med toothpicks do not do the job satisfactorily, compared to the brand Amazon shipped on earlier orders. The problem is that Top Med's serrated end is so cheap it dissolves in saliva and is limp and useless for the clean-up job it is supposed to accomplish. i feel stuck with 6 packages that don't work. i have used these toothpicks as tiny samples to convert people from tapes. no more.Richard J. Too thin ...
it's somewhat too thin, the brush end breaks or bends easily.

HAS A WEAK SPOT
The part that has the brush -- it is weak. Try and push it between your teeth and it crumbles.

Flimsy
These toothpicks are really flimsy and bend repeatedly when I clean between my teeth. The brush is too short as well. I usually buy Doctor's brush picks but I thought I would save some money and buy Topmed. Oopps! Shame on me! I'm going back to Doctors!

Terrible
These brush picks are terrible they are too flimsy to properly do the job. The brush bends after cleaning in between the first two teeth making it useless. Waste of money
