Very Disappointed in this rawhide. Purchase for our Golden Retriever who just loves to chew. The knot at the end was chewed completely off within 2-3 minutes. We took that away and tossed it in the garbage so that she couldn't swallow it and gave the rawhide back to her. As you can see in the photos the tiny bits of rawhide are what was stuffed inside. You are not purchasing a rawhide that is one piece or even two or three rolled together, you are purchasing one piece of rawhide on the outside rolled around dozens of tiny little bits on the inside. The tiny bits stink so bad and look as if they are moldy. After we saw the tiny bits coming out, we took the whole thing away from our Golden. These rawhides are garbage. My advice would be to not buy these rawhide chews. Unfortunately we will have to find another company, we try to purchase made in USA, and look what that got us! If I could give zero stars I would.

We bought this as our first raw hide for our German Sheperd. I wanted something made in the USA. We had bacon flavored (very hard plastic) bones that she loves chewing on, but when they started getting to the point where she chewed them so much they were no longer safe for her, we tried this bone. I will say the color was not like the one pictured. So I wondered if we got the correct flavor. But I'm not sure it mattered. This thing has been the best babysitter in her short 6 month life, thus far.It asked about longevity. We are on day 6, and it's almost gone. She has one end and about an inch, to go. However, she will gnaw on this thing for an hour plus straight, multiple times a day. I did expect it to last longer than a week. But I haven't owned a dog for 20 years. And that dog didn't devour these things, like the pup I have now. So maybe is normal.As far as flavor, I didn't try it so I cannot attest to it's flavor. 😜 I came back on here not to leave a review, but to buy another one. But figured I'd leave one, in hopes to help someone out. So if I'd recommend, yes I would.

I emailed the manufacturer directly. I order this product once a month and the bone is worth the money. Not this time! It is very light and the bone knots on end are light. My dog (60lbs) usually takes a month to get thru a bone. Yesterday, the day it came, he already ripped through it halfway.

This is the best chew bone for the puppy who has been getting it. I love that it’s made in the USA and the puppy loves carrying this bone as far as she can when she first gets it. The packaging is great, the pup has learned that a certain box is “hers”, and I’m glad we found this company for her. I would have used it for my dog if the company had been around. This bone helps direct the pup from chewing on the furniture to chewing on her bone which is appropriate. No problems receiving the order, either, but I may need a discount to keep this pup in bones! She is going through one every two weeks and is a chihuahua/dachshund/beegle rescue.

Bought this for a special dog that i see on my walks everyday. He had a hard start in life (first 10 years) but hes been rescued and is spoiled to the core now. Hes a Great Pyrenees. This is a perfect bone for him. A bit expensive but he is well worth it, I will buy another one or two.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is my second one purchased and it’s great! Glen is a 45 pound PitBull, he belongs to my co-worker and has become my surrogate dog. I like to buy him treats and this one holds-up very well, he’s a heavy chewer. The last one lasted about 2-3 weeks until he broke through the middle, keep in mind, he only had it part-time while he was in the office. He still has one of the end knots that he’s been working on.I would just warn you with the flavor coating, it could be messy if left on a light colored carpet. Overall I think I this is a great item for a dog that likes to chew and it’s Made in the USA!!!!

What can I say.. dogs loved these and they last a long time.. one is still almost whole.. need something to keep new puppy busy and entertained in his crate, but the bully sticks I'd been buying just didn't last. I'm going to stop my subscription for them. This works a lot better

My English Bulldog has been working on this bone for months and can't get through it for the life of her. She loves to spend hours chewing on it but without the danger of usual rawhides.
