Love Love these baskets! I have ordered many of these in red, green and now charcoal grey. I like all the colors and the handles are so versatile - you can put two or three of these over one shoulder if you really want to and they hang comfortably or use them as double handles and carry in your hand. Sometimes the bottom pops off the frame but you just pop it back on. Also, they fit in a car trunk perfectly. GREAT PRODUCT

Love these bags. Just purchased 2 more. We have had one for 8 years. It's our boat bag....we haul stuff back and forth to our boat in it. Has held up well and we've been really happy with it. I never collapse it but could if I needed to. Also, they fit in the bottom of a suitcase nicely if you need to take one on a trip.

I bought this and paired it with the pannier hooks for a rear bike rack. The bag itself is a great size and much sturdier than I thought it would be. Would recommend for someone looking for an easy way to add rear baskets without a full panier system

One of my friends was using this as a yoga bag, so I got one too and I love that it stands upright due to the structure and I can have easy access to my props. My mat sticks up straight out of the bag but it works out fine.

These bags are great, and I'm always asked about them when at the grocery store. The best feature is that they can stand on their own. After I empty the cart, I open the bags in the cart and the clerk can then easily load them up.There is one slight issue - the bottom plastic floor sometimes becomes disconnected. This doesn't really cause a problem, but it is a bit of a struggle to snap it back into place. The piece folds and it is a bit difficult to find where it snaps into place.They are very sturdy and can hold a bit of weight. There are also accessories that you can buy to use as a backpack or attach to a bike. They can also be removed from the frame for washing.I've had these almost one year and they have really stood up to use several times a week.

Bought the gray packbasket 8 months ago along with the back pack adaptor. Loved this combo. Used it 2-3 times/week for trips to the grocery store. Carried half gallon of milk, lots of produce and a few nonparishable goods easily. Super easy to load and then carry with the back pack straps. Unfortunately the frame broke while opening the bag (i keep it collapsed when not in use). From other reviewers it seems like a common problem and weakness point of the bag. I wrote the company and I'm awaiting a reply, will update regarding customer service. While I did love this bag, I can't recommend something that isn't durable.Update 6/6/18 : great customer service!! They sent me a new one in the mail. Will update in a few months of use.Update 12/25/18: Best customer service ever. No problems with the new bag. Compliments on how awesome it is every time we get groceries. Makes the half mile walk to and from the grocery store easier

Well made product. Sturdy, easy to use and versatile. I've used it as a shoulder tote and also as a pack basket on my bike.

Pinched my finger hard enough to draw blood the first time I pushed down the hinged plastic piece in the bottom to try to make it completely flat, so beware, and it never really sits super flat unless you have the weight of items on it. I only bought one so far, but will be asking for more for xmas; the price is a little prohibitive to make it something other than a "luxury" item. Love the structure for loading and staying upright in the back of the car. Most of the time the handles get stuck down inside when you are loading and can be difficult to dig out, not sure how to resolve that issue though. I have removed the cover and washed once with air dry; pretty easy process, no shrinking or fading. Overall a good product that seems like it will hold up for a long time.
