This particular KT tape is excellent. It's not too stiff, it doesn't tighten excessively and cut off circulation. It provides the support needed with the amount of flex needed quite comfortably. I have a job that requires a lot of movement, so both the flex and the support are extremely important. Many times I even forget I'm wearing it because it's comfortable. It will stay on in the shower or bath if not picked at.As a downside, occasionally a piece of it refuses to stick properly, it can not be moved and restuck most of the time because it won't restick very well, and I'm a bit sensitive to the adhesive, so if I leave the tape on too long it itches. If left longer, my skin will redden and get irritated. If it gets wet and dries, it sticks much more firmly and becomes a bit harder to remove.

It is good and does the job but comes off if you dont cut the edges (round)

This tape is VERY effective. Took a fall and had water on my knee and the minute you put this on, it feels better. My husband just hurt his knee and it was HUGE with water. Nothing worked until he let me tape it for him . After that , the very next day the water was almost gone. The tape draws out the water and greatly reduces pain. Saved him a trip to the doctors office for sure! Advise if you don't know how to tape you order a book that shows the different methods. Once you learn it, its very easy to do.

This are not as sticky as they claim t be in the box. Only good for 1 day use and its not precut had to cut and curve the edge everytime i need a piece so its kinda a hassle buy hey what do you expect for a cheaper price.

This is the second ProSource item i have purchased. They do very speedy shipping and the products are exactly as described. This is of course a cheap alternative to Rock Tape, but it works great. It does peel a little at times, but it is still a great product, especially for those who plan using a lot of tape.

It wasn't sticky - peeled right off my skin:(
