Eh - Take a chance if you only need for quick transfer.
I needed decent capacity to copy photos/videos for giving to others. Comes preformatted with exFAT. I wanted NTFS so I did FULL reformat. It tool several hours (I knew they would) but only 4 of 5 reformatted with no issues. The 5th one, Windows 11 reports failure in it couldn't complete the format. The 5th has failed 3/3 reformatting attempts. In one of the attempts, tried the default "exFAT" format. It does successfully perform "Quick Reformat" but that only reformats the directory indexes. I have been testing it by copying files to it but I don't trust it at this point to keep anything substantial on it. Also, I have yet to "test" the memory retention of the other 4 drives that successfully reformatted.I did contact the seller and they are giving me a small refund to cover the defective drive instead of me having to send all of them back and trying to get another set.Thus, I give this product 4 stars b/c:a) most of the drives seem to work,b) really good price (if the rest work with no further issues - Stay tuned!)c) seller seems very responsiveHope this helps.UPDATE: 11/20/2022: I copied several large files to the drive that failed and although it appeared to copy over, I computed hash for the files and it failed to match the source. I then copied the file off the drive and the hash was different as well. So it was total failure. The other successfully formatted drives work fine thus far.

It works!
I tought it wasnt going to work being so cheap but it did the job so i was very happy i was able to share by leaving a copy of a very special memory to my family from out the country

Just what I needed for video storage
Backed up all of the kid's movies from VHS to digital and copied them for the kids on these flash drives. Worked perfectly!

The color coding is great
I use these to help me store videos and assets for those videos as I have limited space on my hard drive. I do have them labeled, but the color coding helps a ton.

Will not work with XP.
On my XP machines, when plugged in the USB port, Windows view it as not formatted. when ask to format device XP says it can not format. I tried all 5 of them.Works great on 10.
