The media could not be loaded. I love this turner! I have been back and forth in which one to buy for months and finally decided on this one! I was not disappointed. 1. it was fast and easy to put together. I had it ready to go in about 10 mins. 2. The motor is super quiet! 3. I have left it on overnight a few times and the next morning the motor was not hot at all! 4. It’s very level and did a fantastic job on my tumblers! I will definitely be getting more! Oh and the foam padding held my cup on great, no slippage at all!

This is easy to use. It has a switch to turn off and on. The instructions are easy to follow. It was simple to put together. The foam is a long strip with a sticky back that you stick to the plastic pipe and roll. It sticks on itself. I thought it came with a solid piece of foam (kind of like a pool noodle) but it didn't. This strip of foam will allow you to adjust for smaller cups. Just don't wrap all the foam around the pipe. Not sure how long that will last but you could always replace it with a different type of foam later on. It has worked great so far!! Will more than likely purchase another on once I test this one out a little longer.

Have used this for a couple months now, works great, however after spinning for a while the pvc pipe fell out of the holder, luckily I caught it in time and was able to save my cup. I just use some electrical tape and secured it to the base. Haven't had any problems since. Not a deal breaker, easy fix. Great value! Thank you

Does what it is supposed to do- turn. Nice and quiet. Foam is a bit weird. Went to the dollar store and bought foam footballs to use instead. Easy to put together. My first tumbler, so I have nothing to compare to.

The media could not be loaded. What a great value! The turner came with so many extras and cost the same as some of the ones in Michael’s or Hobby Lobby that are inferior to this one. It has a great motor that keeps it sturdy long neck steady and a simple push of the button you have dual rotation ...I love it!

I wanted to try tumbler making. I was excited to get my turner and it was so easy to put together. Tumblers stay on the turner and I leave it spinning and the epoxy drying while I sleep. Sometimes it will run for 12 hours straight, it doesn't get hot and the epoxy levels out very nicely. I recommend this cup turner. I am very satisfied with my purchase. To keep it from being so easy to move around my husband attached it to a board.

I love this cup turner. The engine is already assembled to the machine, so that's a step above most. Its super easy to assemble and it glides as smoothly as butter with a hot knife. Lol. I am currently working on tumblers for sale and it's important for me that I have consistancy in the turning. It also came with extras, and who doesn't like extras?

Item shipped very well, all parts were included.Pro: the noise level of this cup turner is VERY quiet.Neutral: This is a very light-weight cut turner. I am interested in using it for glass vases so this is not the turner for my purposes. However, it turned on when I pressed the button, it was relatively simple to assemble; it quite possibly a good purchase for more light-weight tumblers. I am pleased with the ease of returning this item.Con: Was expecting more of an actual "foam" (think pool noodle) part that you could slip over the end of the plastic arm, but this was an adhesive hard foam that you have to un-wrap, peel off the backing and then wrap around the plastic arm.
