Good for hard to hold styling

This is our favorite hairspray, even my husband uses it! It gives great hold without making hair stiff or sticky, and it brushes out easily. It also smells nice and doesn’t leave residue. We keep coming back to this brand because it works consistently well.

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do - provide volume and a layered look to fine/limp hair. I have long fine straight hair, and every time I use this product, I get compliments that my hair looks like it has extra volume. The down side - the nozzle gets clogged all the time. It's a pain to unclog, but it's worth the hassle since no other product works this well.

Big Sexy Get Layered is a great product for giving volume & defining layers in thin hair. I've tried using in in different ways -- with a curling iron, with brush rollers for a poufy style, and fingering the layers, then finishing the style with an overall spray. The can has a twist/turn top but I find that you have to press the top very hard to spray the product. The nozzle does clog, so I took another users tip and clean the nozzle with a wet Cutip after each use. I recommend the product, but suggest that Big Sexy improve on the applicator.

It took months for me to figure out how to use this product. I have thin hair that I plump with chemicals. This product is not a holding hair spray. The way I use this is I dry my hair as usual. I then style it with hair dryer and round brush. After that I lift half my hair up on each side and back working one area at a time. I spray a small amount of this product under the top layer and rub the spray into surrounding area. I then tease/backcomb that underneath sprayed area. Then comb top layer into desired style. I freeze the whole do with Sexy hold hairspray. My hair appears to have so much volume. I get up the next morning and am amazed at how full it looks and how it holds the style. Not like my hair at all. My daughter told me she has never seen my hair so full. My only complaint is that it gunks a bit at the spray opening so you may have to wash the opening but that would never deter me from using. I really like this product.

I love this hair spray and it would actually be nice if I could use it! The nozzle clogs up the minute you try to spray it! I rinse it off still clogs immediately! I will not purchase this hair spray ever again, too much money and a big waste of it! This isn't the first time I've had this problem either. I thought maybe it was a 1 time problem with my last can , but no same problem. It's time for them to fix it, but I won't give it another chance
