I use coffea crude every night to help with sleep. It does help me.

It dose not work for me.

I don't really know if it's making a difference. But I will keep trying I've only had it a few days.The little Pellets are very difficult to get out of the bottle.. and don't dissolve quickly. I've used another brand I probably would not buy this again

I give this to my kids instead of melatonin to help them quiet their minds for sleep. It doesn’t work quite as well as melatonin but it does help. I haven’t used it personally. My daughter has ADHD and has a hard time keeping a sleep schedule and this seems to help her.

I'm not sure if it was psychological, but the 1st night I used them, I felt more relaxed and able to turn off my brain. My doctor recommended these, had gotten them for her son who has adhd. I have restless mind syndrome and anything that helps me turn off is worth the $. It's hard to get the pills out of the bottle and they roll so dispense them somewhere you can catch them, not over the sink in the bathroom!

This has been the only product to help my teens fall asleep quickly and stay asleep longer through the night!

Melatonin helps, but I can only sleep several hours with it because of the inflammation in my system. When I wake up and can't get back to sleep, I take Coffea Cruda 200Ck, and I'm able to sleep an hour or 2 more. Thankful to have discovered this!
