Having the ability to adjust the width of the spray as well as the distance covered left and right makes this unit much more versatile than other sprinklers. The spray is even (though the coverage area attainable depends on your water pressure), and covers a rectangular shape, with perhaps a little less wetting in the corners. The unit feels reasonably robust - though time will tell whether it is frost and UV resistant as claimed. The flow dial is useful for reducing the pressure whilst moving or adjusting the sprinkler so as to prevent the user from getting soaked!

As per other comments I bought to cover an area well with that specified and even with good water pressure the are was not covered and therefore product returned.

It does what it says, it enables me to water the whole veg plot at once I use it of mains water tap.

It’s very expensive for what it does which is not very much. Perhaps because of the water pressure in my area or because of the number of nozzles it does not really cover a wide range. It also retains a large amount of water so takes ages to drain. I’d have been better buying a hozelock for alot less.

German design, just great, you can adjust the spray nozzles with the 2 little levers that means you are adjusting the width of the spray pattern. Also the small valve on the sprinkler means you can adjust the water pressure and therefore height of the spray meaning you’re not running back and forwards to tap and sprinkler to get your optimum coverage. Feels better quality than the more expensive hose lock sprinklers I have bought in the past, also the plastic the hose lock sprinklers are made from seem to degrade and become brittle from sunlight UV as all 5 of them have broken in a similar place on the frame or the oscillating mechanism malfunctions leaving it useless. Looks like I will be getting more than one season out of the Gardena. A lot of thought has gone into this design, just great 👍

Works as advertised.

I have experience with many other brands of oscillating sprinklers but never a Gardena. I live in the Central Valley of California where the summers are usually between 95 degrees and 115 degrees during the summer. Needless to say, sprinklers are very important. Besides water evaporation, the sun and heat rapidly degrade plastics. Most lawn equipment are made of plastics. Even the well known brand names of lawn equipment usually don't last longer than 3 years before the plastic becomes brittle and degrades to the point of cracking and breaking, especially anything that move like dials, knobs and levers. Looking for something better, I did a little research on Gardena products and I noticed the mention of the plastics being frost and UV resistant! After further investigation I discover that Gardena Aquazoom sprinklers also have a FIVE year warranty! (You won't find this warranty info in the Amazon ad, so I enclosed a pic of the info on the box.) So I purchased an Aquazoom oscillating sprinkler and can say that it is, indeed, a noticeable step up in quality and precision. All the controls work very smoothly and the variability of the watering patterns is very precise. And after two summers, the plastic has not even started to fade. And the cost is comparable to the other brand name lawn equipment companies. So when you include price, quality German-engineering and a 5 year warranty, the value is outstanding.

Livraison : OK Produit : OK Il me fallait arroser mon herbe (terrain de 2a ressemé) cette année suite à des travaux. Cet arroseur a fait le job. Evidement, il me fallait le déplacer à plusieurs reprises (4x) pour faire tout le jardin.

Il miglior irrigatore del mondo!!!! Questo marchio è fantastico, oltre ad avere una gittata importante regolabile sia da in lato che dall'altro, si può regolare anche la larghezza del getto, sia da un lato che dall'altro. Insomma, immaginando di dover bagnare un rettangolo, potete decidere la lunghezza di tutti i lati. Fantastico!!!! E sembra anche molto robusto. Vale tutti i soldi che costa. Se poi vi serve che bagni a fontana, facendo un cerchio, c'è un altro modello on questo stesso annuncio che ha lo stesso meccanismo di scelta delle gittata. Finalmente dopo tanti, ho trovato l'irrigatore perfetto!
