Love the design and the comfort of the chair

For the money, you are not getting what you truly pay For. Parts were missing. I reached out and they sent me completely different parts that I didn’t need after saying which parts seemed to be missing. I was told to bring the chair back to ups and I’d have to pay for shipping back. Let’s not mention that I do not have a vehicle it would even fit in. It’s been 9 months and still no resolution. The back not set straight up. It leans and clicks almost making the person fall back. Garbage!

The over all quality of the chair is great. My only complaint is that the base isn’t as sturdy as I had hoped.

The media could not be loaded. Good chair. I was worried it would shake a lot, like others I've perched. But, it's surprisingly strong and well balanced. I highly recommend this chair.

i was excited about getting this chair but quickly let down, upon opening the package i notice a white paint stain on the arm rest. after installing the chair which took 2 hrs to do i found a tiny slit on the imitation leather. Very disappointed in the quality once you sit in the chair it continues to wobble (like a bobble head) for 5 seconds.

Everything is well except for the tears on the end of the arm rest.

Good quality chair. Worth spending!

came with cracked parts. another point the contact closure (velcro) are both the same not sticking to each other. one of the chairs did not come with nuts on the seat for fixing. another negative point it is very low even for me who have 1.70cm 5.6ft
