Zinc medium size pill, pretty easy to swallow
Great product. Pretty easy to swallow gel capsules. However, it is a medium size pill, not small not huge - may be difficult for some. Not good for kids or people who have a hard time swallowing pills.

Easy to swallow
These have been working out great because they are a capsule and easier to swallow. I used to think zinc only came in tablets and I had such a difficult time swallowing them. I would constantly choke and end up coughing it up. I eventually stopped taking zinc. When I learned that they were offered in a capsule I searched for them. I found a few others but they were very expensive. I came across these and the price was good so I decided to give them a try. So far so good and I am glad they are easy to swallow
