Need help drinking more water?
I like having something to motivate me to drink more water.... and having one giant bottle for the entire day feels doable. The words are a bit cheesy, but I like that it keeps me on track with the “time of day to how much water I should’ve drunk by that time” lines. I wish it was dishwasher safe, and I wish that it was easier to fill using my fridge filter spout. But nothing is perfect and this is helping me drink more water:) Overall I would recommend.

disappointed, my own fault
The top is not a drink through top, and I am disappointed. It is obvious, but I did not notice....... So notice...... the jug is okay.....

Stay hydrated!!! I finally drink enough water
I have been using this water bottle for more than a month, and I’m a much healthier and hydrated person!!! And I’ve gotten compliments on it! I take it with me on hikes, walks, or even lying on the couch at home. Either way it guarantees that I will drink enough water for the day. Before, I used to be dehydrated because I wasn’t measuring out how much water to drink, I would also go periods of time working from home without noticing I needed water. With such a big bottle, it serves as a huge visual reminder and the motivational words do help. Just remember to fill it up to bring every single morning. This bottle is a great help if you struggle with drinking enough water! Seriously, don’t downgrade the importance of water. It helped my moods and depression to stay hydrated

VERY MOTIVATIONAL INDEED
Love this water bottle it gives me the motivation to keep drinking my water . I was able to easy add few slices of lemon. This is a new trend in my household getting a water bottle. We will definitely be ordering more . It has a water/time tracker very easy to keep up.
