My sister was thoroughly delighted to receive this for her birthday. It comes in a lovely cylindrical box (which is shipped in very strong bubble wrap - this vendor takes care of the product!) and there is also an instruction leaflet included. One set of stones is already installed in the bottom of the bottle, and each of the other two sets of stones are in their own velvet bag. The infuser is a also very sturdy, and will be very useful for brewing tea or infusing fruits. This set is also incredibly beautiful. The bottle and both end caps are sleek and shiny, and the glass of the bottle is thick. Plus, it comes with a black neoprene sleeve for transporting after you’ve selected your stones and made your drink. Highly recommend and will be getting one for myself as well.

I like my bottle a lot. I really like the fact that a) I’m drinking out of glass and b) the crystals and stones seem to influence the water in a way that makes it so much easier to drink. I would like to address that some people say it leaks. They do not leak. There are two causes of dripping water. One is that if you spill over while you’re filling it, the water will sit in the cap that’s at the bottom under the crystals. So then when you tip up to drink, it will seem like it’s leaking, but it’s just pouring out from there. And it’s not gonna be a very big amount. The second reason people might think or find it to be leaking is if your silicone seal is not in the lid anymore like if it fell out or if it’s not seated properly - if you’ve taken it out and put it back in upside down, I think it doesn’t seal as well. So pay attention when you take the seal out to clean it which side is up originally. Check for these things if you think your bottle is leaking. Based on the design of it, there’s absolutely no reason that it should ever be leaking. The black sleeve that came with mine is not exactly attractive in my opinion, so I do not use it unless I’m going to be in conditions where I would prefer the bottle to be protected. I was just thinking the other day that I’m going to order another one so that I can cycle them out for washing. I got a bottle brush made out of some kind of foam material that works really well in the bottle. So, yeah, I’m all about it.

I purchased one of these for my friend in 2022. Sadly, the bottom portion between the water and the crystals recently cracked. I opted to purchase a different style of crystal water bottle, and was very disappointed in what I received. It came with very few small fragmented crystals. Do not make the mistake I did by trying to go with a less expensive version. You truly get what you pay for and this bottle is the highest quality with the best stones.

This was a gift for my sister. She loved it! And she said it helps her to remember to drink more water! I told her that she can use the tea tray and flavor it however she would like. The Crystals go in the bottom part and the cool thing is that it has a sleeve that goes over the glass itself. I had one and loved it! One of my kids loved it so much they borrowed it and never gave it back.

Update: Just no. Recieved it the 28th of April and it broke on it's own on the 17th of May. I had luke warm tea in it, took a drink, put the lid on, went to set it down and the entire top glass and all separated from the bottle. No warning cracking sound nothing. Just warm tea all over my lap. Which is sad really. It is a beautiful bottle, but between the leaking lid that got worse and oh yeah the lid cracking off in my hand trying to scald me, just not worth the money. It is a beautiful bottle. I love the 3 crystal choices. Mine leaks a little, but I cannot tell if it is residual water inside the lid from over filling (which is a huge possibility and probability) or it is leaking. I did have the same problem with one of the rings falling out. I pushed it back in with the handle of a spoon and all works fine. I also use that one on the crystal side since I do not need to worry about leaking on that side. I do wish it was double walled as it does not keep your drinks hot or cold, and you have to use the sleeve for hot because it burns your hands, which is sad because you cannot show the beauty of the bottle. The lack of insulating is not a problem for me. I rarely ever finish a drink at the desired temperature. Just a heads up if you are expecting this to keep your drinks at a certain temperature. They packaged it wonderfully so no complaints there.

This water bottle is beautifully made and stunningly packaged. It is obviously a quality product and makes for a really unusual gift.

I ordered this as a gift for my daughter and when it arrived it was broken. The seller was amazing to deal with and issued an immediate refund, so I thought that I'd try again. The second time it arrived in one piece. I think my daughter will love it. It is a beautiful and quality-packaged product.

The packaging is beautiful and the crystals are great too. Was so looking forward to this but came with the top shattered. Unfortunately had thrown all the packaging away by accident before checking so unable to return so will hopefully be able to use with a different bottle.

Well I am VERY disappointed... I just received my bottle today that seemed well sealed in it box and wrapping and bubble wrapping. Was inspecting the bottle and noticed that the bottom where the stones are located there is a medium sized chip carved out of it. I AM NOT HAPPY and returning it.
