bloodwork implies it works
hard to know what works and what doesn’t but i take this because i take pterostilbene. the one downside to ptero is possible increase in LDL. National Institute of Health sites studies showing that grape seed extract eliminates this effect. my LDL is excellent.Why this brand? seems to be a well trusted brand with ingredient validation.

Contains Leucine
The fact that a lot of supplement manufacturers are now starting to add leucine as a filler is a disturbing trend for those of us who are sensitive to it. It makes me get headaches and other neurological symptoms. If you start to feel side effects from this it might be from the leucine.

Great Antioxidant
O.P.C.(grapeseed) is a great antioxidant and I have read that it's very good for the retina. I have MTHFR and rarely have problems with Thorne Research brand.

Didn't work for me, but it may for you.
I purchased this for inflammation and took 2 twice a day. I can't say I noticed any changes in pain levels but It may work for other people. From everything I have read, this product is a good quality supplement...hence the steeper price. As always individual results vary. I always judge my supplements by how they make me feel. I'm sensitive to most supplements...they usually make my skin itch or affect my heart rhythm, and this one did not bother me. I guess its worth a try.
