Customer/Warranty Service does not work.
Product was good price and seemed to function well at first. However, when the product failed inside of the warranty period I made contact with the company to file a claim. Was told to submit e-mail with photos with copy of receipt. I did and then have not heard anything back from the company. Have made repeated attempts to contact by phone and e-mail. No reply to e-mail. Central telephone answers eventually and then transfers you to a line that does not answer. Have waited for 40 minutes on several occasions and get nothing. Appears that I will have to eat this one, but I will make sure that I have no other dealings with this company. I will also recommend to anyone that you steer clear of the company as well. They do not live up to what they put on paper.

Not Recommended
The warranty states 5 years and my unit seized up after 3 years and would not go up or down. Fitting was lubed properly. I tried calling the Fulton 800 number for warranty and nobody answered after 45 minutes on hold. I noticed other Reviewers had the same issue. I would not recommend this boat trailer swivel to anyone.

Used this to replace the the swivel foot on my 'dirty hand tools' log splitter.
I used this to replace the the swivel foot on my 'dirty hand tools' log splitter. It IS NOT a direct fit in that application (nor does it claim to be), but it's the closest fitting model available. The hub size and the snap-ring are a perfect match, but the holes for the pull-pin to drop into on the trailer plate need to be enlarged in the direction of the hub. I used a grinding wheel on my dremel and greased everything thoroughly afterwards. Worked great! The quality of the wheel and jack itself is very good. I tried the Reese first ,and it was junk in comparison (and didn't line up as closely)

It seems sturdier than one that was on my shorelander trailer, in the one that was on it was a Folton but only had an 800 lbs. capacity. Only took about 30 minutes to remove and install with an air impact gun. Hardest part was trying get the big snap or "C" ring off. And it has a grease fitting on the crank area. Haven't had a chance to really use it have to get a hitch on my vehicle. Will update later. I have an 18 ft 2700 lbs. Bow Rider.

USA Option?
I just installed this jack today. It went on quite easily and works as it should. The design is good and I appreciate the grease zerk fitting in order to be able to maintain the internal works. Fulton's office is in Plymouth, MI and I felt good about ordering from an "American" company. However, upon installing the jack, I was greeted by the same "made in china" label I have come to expect on most products anymore. My history with Chinese goods tells me that I should hold on to the 5 year warranty information that came with this product. It seems to be a better jack than the one I replaced, I have just learned to be really skeptical lately as I have been burnt a couple of times by cheap Chinese goods. I don't know if it is a current option, but it would be cool if Amazon would highlight Made In America products for those of us who still care.

Easy to install and plenty strong.
Bought this to replace an existing jack that I bent. Just used the bolt plate and installed on other side of frame. Seems very sturdy and easy to install. Bolt plate has a lip at bottom of plate for frame to rest on so seems it should last forever. Also really appreciate having the crank at the top rather than on the side. Much easier to use. Used on a smallish Coleman pop up camper.

Perfect! Provided you use it for it's intended use.
I received my jack today it is exactly as described. It was very easy to assemble and install. My wiring runs through a tube on my frame thus I used a piece of plywood to build up the frame and protect the tube. If protected from the elements it will last for years. Now keep in mind, this it a trailer jack not a trailer dolly. Just because it has a wheel it doesn't mean it is designed to move your trailer around the driveway. The jack is a support, the wheel is to help with position the trailer over your tow receiver. If you need to move your trailer around by hand then I suggest a trailer dolly. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Top Quality...and a trusted brand!
Our old trailer tongue hack got bent so we replaced it with the same Fulton brand so it would be easier to install. It is of good quality,Both the release handle for the wheel amd the main stand and wheel are all very sturdy. Our previous stand didn't have a wheel. Not sure why we waited so long to convert over to the wheel style. Sure makes things so much easier!Very good quality product, packaged well and prompt delivery as well. Happy customer!!
