I like this supplement. Although it says you should consult your doctor if you are nursing or have a health condition, it seems to be a natural supplement with few ingredients. It isn't overly expensive. I feel better taking this supplement and have been taking it for at least a couple of years on an everyday basis. I have osteoporosis so I take it for bone health and so far so good. I am not gaining bone density but I haven't lost any density either. I broke my hip a few years ago and finally am feeling more and more like my old self probably because I am taking a lot of helpful supplements like this one. We all know how important eggs are for our diet so I heartily recommend this Eggshell Membrane supplement for healthier joints and I feel it helps flexibility as it says it does.

My mom was recently diagnosed with uterine cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. I've read good things about the benefits of Eggshell Membrane and decided to get these for her to take. Eggshell membrane contains high levels of protein, collagen, chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine, and other various important components for the maintenance of good joint health. It also helps to fight inflammation. This is a great supplement to take to minimize the negative side effects of chemotherapy such as joint pain or help with people who suffer from osteoarthritis. This particular brand of Eggshell Membrane by Healthy Origins contains 120 capsules of 500mg each. The price is inexpensive compared to alternate brands. My mom has been taking this about a month so far and seems to suffer from very minimal joint pains. For all we know, this is what is keeping her pain relatively minimal and her joints healthy. I won't risk telling her to stop taking these, but at the same time, there are many other supplements she is taking that could be the benefactor of her overall joint health. Unfortunately, I can't exactly pinpoint what supplements are effective and/or whether they are even helping her, but it's quite possible and I'd rather cover all the bases. Just to mention, before her cancer diagnosis, she suffered from minimal joint pain and arthritis that usually comes with aging. The effects of this supplement are still in the air, but since the capsules aren't large and don't really have negative side effects, I feel that taking these is better than not taking them at all. I don't know if these are effective in treating prevalent and consistent joint pain and arthritis, but it seems to be a good preventative supplement so far while she's undergoing chemo.

I have used this product in the past and have enjoyed the positive results with my skin.I just started taking it again a couple of days ago. I'm looking forward to the positive results that I know is ahead.

I seem to have more popping in the knee that I injured long ago. The pain is definitely better. Not much change in mobility but I think it may take a month or better to see this in that it is building up the collagen in the joint.
