I have this blanket over the back of a chair in a primitive style room. It's more for effect than warmth as the blanket is rather lightweight. The colors are vivid.

I have been trying to style my small loveseat and found the perfect pillow. Then I had to find the perfect throw, at a budget price. I wanted a natural fabric, either cotton or wool. I came across this throw and when it arrived I was thrilled beyond belief! It is a quality product and adds just the right combo of teal and white for my sofa. I was not expecting good quality, since the throw only cost $16, but it fit the bill price-wise. I could not be more pleased. Yes, it's fairly soft, esp for cotton, it's nice and lightweight but not flimsy, and perfect for snuggling with my dog, who thinks I bought it for her. This is a great, great throw blanket. Ten thumbs up!

Well it’s cotton, a big plus, it is soft, it is light, & comfy. I leave them on the couch all the time, I did buy 2, and very glad I did. Living in Wisconsin, you always get a chill, there’s always another person catching the same chill. Always buy that spare, especially when the price and quality, of the items match. Really love this throw, but sadly I ignored the reviews that said it snags easily. It already has two big snags and that's just from putting on my couch! I haven't even used it. Love the look and the tassels are great, so I'm keeping it to add color to my couch, but beware it does snag really easily.

I bought this for my guest suite. It had an odour when it arrived, which isnt uncommon with textiles. It was washed on gentle and came out like a rag. It lost 5 tassels so there were mounds of yarn everywhere. Once it was dried and smelled better its a decent blanket...for the trunk of your car in an emergency. I wouldn't buy it again.
