This is the only conditioner that I am willing to buy again and again for full price. It does what it needs to. I like to let it sit on my hair for as long as possible. My hair is silky soft after using it. I don't know what it is, but I LOVE IT.

Discovered this product while out of town staying with family. I love what it does to my hair! This product leaked during shipment; it was in bubble wrap but needs plastic covering the top.

This conditioner is mediocre at best. Not very moisturizing, but hasn't made my hair worse. I can't comment on the smell, because I lost my sense of smell from COVID. Won't be re-purchasing.

I bought this as I have long hair, that is prone to intense frizz. (I have lots of hair, but it’s fine) So I require a conditioner that is very hydrating and thick. This conditioner states that it is “Ultra Hydrating”… well after trying this for a month I have to disagree. I double shampoo my roots to insure my scalp is clean, annd apply this to my hair leaving it in for 2-5 minutes. The consistency of this conditioner is very thin, in order to get a nice layer on my hair I have to use a lot of product. And by a lot I mean about 10-15 pumps worth of product. Despite leaving it in my hair and applying a lot of it, my hair always ends up dry and unmanageable. Even when I apply my leave in conditioner spray and hair oil. It’s still dry! It feels like hay. To give you an idea to my hair maintenance I get regular trims twice a year (late Spring and Fall) to minimize breakage and split ends. And sleep with my hair in a satin bonnet. I also do pre oil treatments before washing, so I know it’s the conditioner that is underperforming. Photos shown are from my hair after having a wash day, using the conditioner as well as my leave in conditioning spray and oil, still horribly dry and frizzy. You’d think I didn’t add any product to my hair. It’s like a rats nest!! I was hoping for silky smooth hair… this ain’t IT!

Put it in my ends every time I wash my hair and I can see and feel the difference from other brands.

Lovely conditioner not too heavy for my fine hair but I am sure that it would be good for thicker hair too as it's richly balanced and a fresh fruity fragrance that is not overwhelming

Naturally curly hair, conditions well, smells good, light scent, can leave a little bit in for extra soft curls, used with the shampoo and curl cream.
