Very nice Nasya oil
I started using this product after seeing a video by Nityanandam Shree on Anu oil. While he did not recommend a brand, I picked this one based on Amazon reviews. I am on my second bottle now. I have had great success with mucus build up in my nostrils. This product works better than Jal neti or Sutra neti for me. It breaks down mucus in areas jal neti is not able to.To prep for this, I warm up some sesame oil and massage my face with warm sesame oil. I wipe my face with a warm towel. This helps with loosening your sinuses and the mucus within. I lie on the floor, tilt my head back and pour 2 drops in each nostril. Snort deeply so that oil drops go back as far as possible into your nasal chambers. I lie there for about 4-5 min letting it soak in and get as far back as possible. I usually do this first thing in the morning. Nityanandam Shree advices that we do not do it on rainy days, so I avoid those times.

Works very well, go slow with it
Very strong, works very well. My aruveydic Doc recommended it, I started with a pinkie tip inside the nose, as it burns a little and worked my way into tilting my head back and using it. I use it in the Spring when getting sinus problems. If you accidentally use too much and it burns your throat, gargling with almond milk works very well to reverse it.

Great for people with nut allergies!
I bought this to use as part of a nasal cleansing ritual called nasya, an Ayurvedic practice I read about in an effort to help cleanse my sinuses and brain from toxins. According to the practice you put a few drops in each nostril while tilting your head off the edge of the bed so oil can run into sinuses. I tried it for the first time this morning and can say that the oil smells amazing and refreshing and has a very soothing texture. It was also the ONLY OIL I found that did not contain sesame oil - all the others have a sesame base - and this was important to me because I have a sesame allergy. I also love that it contains a ton of different herbal elements (more than any other nasal oil I found) in the ingredients and is very well priced and arrived quickly. I’m eager to report progress!

Lovely, high-quality oil for nasya
This is a lovely sesame-based oil infused with a selection of herbs. We are new to nasya, and did not quite know what to expect when we started. I use it for mental clarity and my husband mostly for sinus issues. Since we started in February, we also benefitted from the lovely extra lubrication during dry winter weather. The oil is very light and has no noticeable scent, though I do notice a faint sesame taste in the back of my throat about half an hour after use. I only use one drop per nostril, spread on a Qtip; Husband lies with head back and puts 3-4 drops per nostril, then takes deep snorts to bring the oil into his sinuses and waits 5 minutes. We are also hoping this will help with his allergies once spring goes into full “bloom”.We quickly went through the first shared bottle (fr seller Essex Mart) and went ahead and placed a larger order through the seller, Healthwithherbal-India. Our order just arrived in perfect condition and well ahead of the promised delivery date.

Broken Lid, oil wasted
This is the 2nd time we have received broken lid from Kairali Ayurveda Anu Thailam. Kindly change packaging system. Its sad to see medicinal oil being wasted. I would have returned the product if it was not oil.

Helped me on time - very expensive and seems not qualified to sell in US
This is great that I could buy it in US - and helped me quickly. However I felt bad on price and the labels on the product - it still reflects Indian price tag or Rs70 ($1), but selling it for 10times more. And not sure it's stored item and legal.
