Puppy Training: How to Housebreak Your Puppy in Just 7 Days!

Getting a puppy for the first time in 18 years and this was a great refresher on dos and don'ts for potty training, scheduling, and basic training. Found it super helpful. Will be using it to reference often.

I’m now working on housebreaking two puppies! This book has helped very much, although it did tend to be repetitive.

Well written. Simple, common sense, step by step directions on not only potty training your dog, but molding him/ her to be a well behaved, happy part of your family (pack). I highly recommend this book.

My puppy (not my first) was having the hardest time with potty training I’ve had my puppies potty trained by 8-10weeks but my German Shepard was a rescue I got her at 13weeks and it was my first time having to UNDUE her bad behavior this book has a lot of great information for beginners but it was not what I was needing still would recommend it tho

My daughter is very happy with this puppy training book and it is working well for her and my new grandpuppy.

I enjoyed the author’s suggestions and realized the mistakes I had done in training previous dogs in my life. I feel a sense of renewed confidence that I will be able to train my new puppy effectively and without stress to the puppy or myself. I appreciated the added information about other areas of training for a puppy beyond just housebreaking that will result in a well behaved family member.

This is a really good book, i got my puppy about 5 weeks ago. I got this book about a week after I got him because, my other dog is 15 and it’s been a long time since she was a puppy. I started his plan and in two weeks he was about 90% trained, mind you I didn’t follow it 100%. Right now my puppy is 5 1:2 months and he is almost 100% trained. If you follow it strictly I think you can do it in 7 days. My dogs are both Terriers and it took me much longer to train my older dog. I’ve spoken to other owners and it’s taken them longer. It’s all consistency and positive reinforcement guidance in the book and it’s really good stuff that will help you. I absolutely recommend the book and he actually has two scheduled you can follow.

Ce livre se lit rapidement. Il est facile à comprendre et logique. Je n'ai pas adopté mon premier chiot. Ce livre m'a tout de même été très utile. À lire absolument "AVANT" de ramener votre chiot à la maison.L'auteur recommande fortement l'utilisation d'une cage pour chien. La "tanière" de vote animal de compagnie qui sera votre meilleur complice pour l'apprentissage de la propreté.

I sampled many books before deciding on this one.He gets straight to the point without all the unnecessary waffle beforehand ....I want to know how to potty train my new puppy not know his history!And it seemed to work

This book served as a valuable refresher on puppy training dos and don'ts. I recommend it, even if you're not at your first time with raising a puppy.
