It help bring a bit of relief. In defense of the product,I waited to long to treat the sinus issue. I ended up taking a few flu bombs withing 24 hours my sinuses were clear.

I NEVERRRR write reviews, but Im so surprised these work! I ordered bc ive tried everything else and was desperate, my biggest problem with sinus infections if the post nasal drip! When im trying to sleep, I cough to death from the drip but these take that right away!!!!!! No sinus drip and coughing!!!!!!!!! Lasted me about 6 hours per dose personally. Will def be keeping this on had for post nasal drip!

I just ordered these this morning. And started taking them as instructed five pallet pellets up to six times per day. And it's bedtime and I feel 10 times better than I felt this morning and yesterday. It says take for 3 days and after 3 days if you don't see any improvement then you need to go to a physician. I will continue to keep these on hand.

Worthless! Tried it for 2 days for sinus discomfort while having a nasty common cold- did nothing to relieve the stuffy, runny nose, nor the sinus pressure. Waste of money!
